Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sizzle mobile application (the “Application”) operated by Sizzle Technology, registered in India ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sizzle.

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited from using dating services under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate age requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. User Conduct

Sizzle is designed for respectful and meaningful connections.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Share explicit, violent, or unlawful content.
• Promote escorting, prostitution, or illegal activities.
• Solicit money, financial information, or engage in scams.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to appropriate authorities where required

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts at our sole discretion.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you upload, including photos, messages, profile details, and notes.

By submitting content, you grant Sizzle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the Application for operational purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to the content you post.
• Your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require paid subscriptions.

Payments may be processed through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• RevenueCat (subscription management platform)

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Must be cancelled through the platform where purchased.
• Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies.

We do not control refund decisions made by app store providers.

6. Location Services

Sizzle uses approximate location data to provide nearby match recommendations.

You may disable location permissions through your device settings; however, some features may not function properly.

Exact real time GPS coordinates are not publicly displayed to other users.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Sizzle does not conduct criminal background checks on users.

You acknowledge and agree:

• All interactions are at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for the actions of other users.
• We are not liable for offline meetings or interactions.

Users are encouraged to exercise caution when meeting someone in person.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraud, misuse, or harmful behavior.
• Required by law.

You may delete your account at any time through the Application settings.

9. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Upon account deletion:

• Your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
• Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, features, and content (excluding user generated content) are the property of Sizzle Technology.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Application without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Commercial Use

You may not use the Application for:

• Advertising products or services
• Recruiting users to external platforms
• Commercial solicitation
• Unauthorized data scraping

Unless explicitly authorized by Sizzle Technology.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sizzle Technology, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Application
• Your interactions with other users

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sizzle Technology shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Emotional distress
• User misconduct

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Changes become effective upon posting the updated Terms within the Application or on our website. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
